1. It’s about changing yourself.
You must become a leader if you want to be successful in this industry. Everyone wants and needs someone to follow. we all do. Whether we know the person or not, we’ve all seen or heard of people we want to be like. You should aspire to make others want to be like you by positioning yourself as a leader in your industry, constantly learning as much as you can about your business.
2. It is about helping others to change themselves.
After becoming a leader, he positions himself as an agent of change in the lives of others. You must teach others how you became a leader so they can do the same. As you teach others to do what you do, you will have ultimate success in the sense that you will duplicate yourself, so make sure you are the best “me” you can be so you don’t have gremlins running around all over the place. . ! We all know what happened to the gremlins.
3. It’s about adding value.
You MUST add value to others or there really is no reason for them to listen to you. Please read my other article 5 Things Network Marketing Is NOT and you will fully understand. What is adding value? Teach someone something they didn’t know before, point someone in the right direction to get the resources they need, or challenge someone to be better than they are now.
4. It’s about feelings.
You may have heard that business doesn’t run on feelings, this is NOT the truth. People do business with people they know and/or like. That is a feeling. If you don’t have good people skills and aren’t sensitive to people’s feelings, you probably won’t get very far in this business. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of successful entrepreneurs who have run over everyone they came by just to get to the top. They made it, but it’s so lonely when you look back and see that no one is with you or on your side. Build a business you can be proud of, build one that also adds value to you. Nothing adds more value to life than good relationships.
5. It’s about Dreams.
When you help others realize their dreams, you will soon see that you are living yours. That is the money that comes to you. What you help others achieve comes back to you. As you will soon see, there is much more to it than money. It is about the total prosperity of life, nothing missing and nothing broken. Make that happen for others and it will happen for you.
