Most adults, men and women, are constantly “plagued” by constipation. They are always looking for simple and effective approaches, methods or ways to help them relieve constipation.

Constipation has been and always will be a very common condition. It can be caused by a large number of factors, such as lifestyle – diet and exercise plan; work environment – stress; and many other contributing factors to the food and beverages we consume in our daily lives.

In most cases, poor diet and lack of physical exercise are indicated as the main causes of constipation. As for the other factors, the least contributing factors come from foods like dairy products, greasy and fried foods, and drinks like alcohol and caffeine, to name a few, which can lead to constipation problems.

Although much has been said about some of the products mentioned above, which can offer some benefits to our health, for example, alcohol and dairy, all have been advice to take in moderate amounts and generally to combine with a structured nutritional plan. and some form of exercise.

Without the combination, chronic constipation is a real possibility, as inadequate nutrition and poor lifestyle will contribute to a blockage in the GI tract. A blockage, or fecal impaction, occurs when feces that stick to the walls of the colon and intestines build up to the point of causing a blockage.

When this obstruction occurs, waste will not pass freely past the fecal impaction and pressure will begin to build in the abdomen and lower back. If the waste is not evacuated from the body in a timely manner, the bloodstream will begin to reabsorb the bacteria present in the waste, leading to chronic poisoning.

This is the term revealed by Ilya Ilyich Mechnikov, a Russian biologist and physiologist. He said that all these wastes or toxins will cause poisoning in the long run. This alone is the main cause why people used to get sick and succumb to diseases. Since this “poisoning” will lead to a general weakening of the entire immune system and leave your body susceptible to infections and diseases.

If the blockage is not relieved and too much waste builds up, a massive infection will begin to ravage the body and the person will develop septicemia, or blood poisoning. Death is a very real possibility once sepsis has started.

What can we do to relieve constipation?

There is a simple and effective way that can help relieve constipation and it can be found in the ionic cleansing foot bath.

I am going to share a real life experience of an 82 year old grandmother.

Before using the ionic cleansing foot bath, this grandmother has constipation and some type of skin condition that has plagued her for many years; we will leave the skin condition in another article that I will publish later.

As early as the second treatment, when she began the ionic cleansing foot bath treatments, she reported that her bowel movements had been more timely than before and somewhat helped relieve her constipation. She continued with her treatments; She is now at the end of her first treatment course of 15 sessions, and at about the eighth session, she reported that her constipation had completely alleviated. She no longer feels “bloated” and enjoys regular bowel movements, saying, in her own words, “I feel lighter now!”

Wow! This is amazing – some degree of constipation relief after just 2 sessions!

What an effective and simple method to relieve constipation!

So how does Grandma perform the treatments?

Each treatment is done by immersing Grandma’s feet in a tub filled with warm water. The water temperature is about 38~40 degrees Celsius. The treatment process is activated with a matrix or ionizer in the water and connected to the ionic cleansing foot bath. Each session lasts only 30 minutes and Grandma does the treatment once a week.

This is truly another effective and simple method to relieve constipation. Potentially some constipation relief can be gained after 2 weeks if ionic cleansing foot bath treatments are done once a week.

Forward with a healthy life.
