My parents always wanted me to be a doctor when I grew up! Now I finally have a chance to be one! Here I am, right behind Facebook and in the comfort of my home. Medical Mayhem is actually a tribute to the Scrubs television show. Vojoworld went to great lengths to try and create a game that fans of the cult television series and newcomers to the world of medical practice can enjoy as well.
How to play
Medical Mayhem has one of the weirdest games I’ve seen on Facebook in a long time. Unlike the simulators that players find on Facebook, Medical Mayhem is surely one that you will never forget after 2 hours of putting your head in the game.
The first thing I noticed about this game was the black humor. The way this game describes how the hospital should be run is really the opposite of what you see in real life. Highly trained doctors are more like mad scientists or quack doctors who have no idea what they are doing or are just plain insane. Nurses are very stupid with hot sexy bodies that flirt with their patients. While playing this game, sometimes you will wonder if you are really running a hospital or a madhouse.
Now the mechanics of the game are quite simple. The tutorial will guide players on how to build their hospital and make sure it is properly furnished before its grand opening. Rooms and medical research can be updated and you don’t need to monitor your workers. Everything is done automatically, making it easy for players to manage the game. Players can even leave the game running for days without worrying about checking progress.
An interesting part of the game is of course upgrading your hospital. If you read all the little notes that come with it, you’ll probably laugh rolling on the floor. Updating any of the hospital facilities allows the player to see how doctors work and how they use their medical practice. Researching new medical advancements or even training your staff can be a lot of fun in this game.
In addition to taking care of your daily management, this game also offers players various types of mini-games that update every 5 minutes you play. Most of the minigames are quite similar to those found in other Facebook games, except that they are more twisted. You have to play to find out yourself.
Once you’re done with all the normal grind, if players feel like wreaking havoc on their beloved neighbors, Medical Mayhems provides some small but devastating ways to make sure your neighbors will love or hate you to death. You can send spies to spy on your progress, use sexy nurses to flirt with your clients, or even destroy the way they run their hospitals. This is fun for those who really love to get back at their friends.

It’s not really the best graphic you’ve seen on Facebook. The game lacks colors and options to zoom in and take a look at your hospital in detail. One lucky thing is that this game is so much fun that you really wouldn’t care what it looks like.

There is no sound whatsoever in this game. This is a waste, really.
Conclution
If you love the Scrubs TV show and you definitely want something that is totally different from the other games on Facebook, I highly recommend playing Medical Mayhem.
