The two loved each other enough to get married. The kind of love it takes for a person to want to get married runs deep. It doesn’t just disappear. Even if she doesn’t want to admit it, she still loves you. It may not be as strong a love as she once was, but there IS still love for you in her heart.
When you see your ex-wife, it’s perfectly fine to say hello and stop and have a chat. Don’t try to talk too much or start a meaningful conversation with her right now.
