The fact is that the secret to incredible SEO success is not a big secret at all. High PR backlinks always work. It’s just a matter of finding enough of these and spending time posting your links with your keywords or keyword phrases as the anchor text.
The important thing is to make sure that the links are posted in an area where they are Do Follow.
You will hear several myths about posting your backlinks that should be debunked:
- The page you are posting the link to should have a high PageRank and not just the domain itself. If the home page of the site has a high PR, the SEO juice will pass to your site regardless of the PR of the page your link is on.
- You can’t rank for keywords that your site doesn’t have enough density for. Is not true. If this were true, you would not see any YouTube videos classified by their tags. Just post enough links with anchor text and you’ll rank!
- Your backlinks must come from relevant sites or they will be worthless. Google knows that the links are produced randomly. It is enough that the links come from high PR sites. They know that people have varied interests, so they only look for volume. The benefit you get from site relevance is that people who see the links are more likely to click.
- Sites on the first page of Google have thousands of inbound links and it will take years to catch up. Some have thousands of backlinks, but you don’t have to compete with that. You are simply competing with those who have the exact same keyword or keyphrase as their anchor text.
If you search for High PR Web 2.0 community websites, you will find plenty of places where you can post your links. Typically, you’ll post them to your profile in a section with a header similar to “About Me.” It takes some time to set up these profiles as you need to upload a profile photo and add personal information to avoid getting banned for link spam.
Pay special attention to sites that allow you to blog posts. This is a great place to post articles and you have no limit on the number of links per post. Again, this will require an investment of time, but the important thing is that these backlinks will last a long time, as will your Google ranking!
