Doctors Cave Beach is rumored to have medicinal properties, so take a swim and find out for yourself. His stay in Jamaica would not be complete unless he had visited Dunns River Falls. Jamaica’s famous Dunns Rivers Falls are an absolute thriller, it’s one of those things you have to experience in your lifetime.
reggae
Music is the language of the soul and reggae is the heartbeat. Your bones will move to this incredible sound without much effort on your part. While reggae is diverse, there’s something for everyone, just as contemporary dancehall artist Busy Signal said it can deliver “any style she wants.” Reggae music will move you as you want. Some people go for a while to dancehall Reggae while others prefer to be on the beach and move to the sound of Bob Marley while enjoying the famous Jamaican bear. To make sure you can enjoy the shows and not get stuck in traffic trying to travel to the show, it’s best to stay somewhere close to the show and travel a day or two before the show. Food
Delight your taste buds with some native Jamaican food. My personal favorite is the roasted breadfruit and ackee. The island hosts several food festivals, my favorite being the Trelawny Yam Festival. I’m still trying to make roasted yams like I did at the festival last year. There are no words to describe this exquisite taste of food grown and prepared in Jamaica by Jamaicans who know how to cook.

While most of the beaches and attractions are along the north and south coast, there are a few attractions outside of Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, and Negril.
